Hadiza Nami Donates 500 NECO Forms to Indigent Students Across Niger State

The initiative targets students across Niger State’s three senatorial zones to support access to secondary school certification and further education.

Hajiya Hadiza Muhammad Nami, wife of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governorship candidate in Niger State, Malam Muhammad Nami, has donated National Examinations Council (NECO) examination forms to 500 indigent students across the state’s three senatorial zones.
The initiative is aimed at supporting students from financially disadvantaged backgrounds to sit for the examination and improve their chances of gaining admission into tertiary institutions.
The donation forms part of Hadiza Nami’s reported grassroots empowerment efforts in Niger State, with education identified as a key area of intervention.

Speaking during the presentation of the examination forms, she urged the beneficiaries to take their studies seriously and strive to pass all their registered subjects in one sitting.
She also encouraged them to proceed to the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) after obtaining the required qualifications, with the ultimate goal of gaining admission into universities and pursuing their chosen careers.

Hadiza Nami described education as an important tool for overcoming poverty and ignorance, advising the beneficiaries to pursue their studies to at least the first-degree level.

Some of the beneficiaries expressed appreciation for the support and pledged to prepare adequately for the NECO examinations.
