Lapai TV has announced plans to collaborate with Jantabo Model School, Lapai, on a media mentorship and digital technology programme aimed at equipping students with relevant skills in media, innovation, and emerging technologies.
The disclosure was made during a courtesy visit to the school by the Founder of Lapai TV, Aliyu A. Kure.
Speaking during the visit, Aliyu A. Kure commended the leadership of the school under the Principal, Mallam Muhammad Kabeer, describing the institution as one that has continued to record progress in educational development and institutional visibility.
He emphasised that exposure remains a key element of educational reform and pledged to connect the school with relevant organisations and institutions for educational excursions and learning opportunities designed to broaden students’ experiences and strengthen their academic outlook.
According to him, the proposed partnership will provide opportunities for mentorship, digital learning, and practical engagement in media and technology-related activities.
In his remarks, the Principal of Jantabo Model School, Mallam Muhammad Kabeer, stated that the school has distinguished itself as one of the visible public schools in Lapai and highlighted its achievements in embracing innovation in education.
He noted that the school had successfully conducted online examinations as part of efforts to align with modern educational standards and digital transformation.
The Principal appreciated Lapai TV for its media and technology-driven initiatives and for considering the school worthy of collaboration, expressing optimism that the partnership would further support educational growth and student development.
Highlights of the visit included a guided tour of the school environment, where the Lapai TV delegation inspected facilities and observed some of the institution’s educational and digital learning initiatives.
