A resident of Lapai Local Government Area of Niger State, Muhammad B. Muhammad, has announced his participation in the ReLeaders Book Club Reading Challenge, saying he intends to use the initiative to strengthen his reading habit and improve his public speaking and communication skills.
Muhammad made the announcement in a post on his Facebook page on Friday, September 11, 2026, in which he stated that he had selected Speak with Impact by Allison Shapira for the reading challenge.
He said his interest in the challenge was driven by his passion for reading, public speaking and effective communication.
According to him, reading provides an opportunity to acquire knowledge, broaden perspectives, improve vocabulary and support continuous personal development.
Muhammad said he also hopes to translate lessons from the selected book into practical experiences through discussions, presentations and interactions with other participants.
He identified public speaking and effective communication as particular areas he intends to develop during the challenge, with a focus on expressing ideas confidently, listening actively and engaging constructively with others.
He said he expects the programme to help him build confidence in public speaking, strengthen his reading habit and develop a deeper understanding of the books he reads.
Muhammad further pledged to participate actively, read with purpose and apply lessons gained from the challenge to his personal development.
