The Vice-Chancellor of Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University (IBBUL), Lapai, Professor Mohammed Hadi Sulaiman, has expressed deep sorrow over the death of Mrs. Fatima Yusuf, wife of the University's former Bursar, Mallam Muhammad Dalhatu Suleyman.
Mrs. Yusuf died after a brief illness.
In a condolence message, Professor Sulaiman described the deceased as a virtuous, compassionate, and humble woman whose life was dedicated to kindness and service to humanity. He said her passing is a significant loss to her family and all those who benefited from her good deeds.
The Vice-Chancellor prayed for Almighty Allah to forgive her shortcomings, grant her Al-Jannah Firdaus, and give her husband and the entire bereaved family the strength and patience to bear the loss.
He also extended his condolences to the Yusuf family, including Yusuf Adamu of the University's Directorate of ICT and Sani Gambo Yusuf of the Department of Sociology.
The University's management, staff, and the entire IBBUL community joined the Vice-Chancellor in mourning the late Mrs. Fatima Yusuf.
