The Lapai Emirate Council, under the leadership of the Etsu Lapai, Alhaji Umaru Bako III, has conferred a traditional title of Madugun Lapai on Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Mohammed Ndarani Mohammed.
The honour was announced as recognition of his contributions and service, with the recipient expressing gratitude to the Emirate Council and the people of Lapai.
Ndarani described the title as a call to greater responsibility, pledging renewed commitment to peace, development, and the welfare of the community, as well as continued loyalty to the throne.
He also reaffirmed his dedication to the progress of Niger State and Nigeria at large.
