The Federal Fire Service (FFS), Zone D Headquarters in Minna, has honoured two officers from Lapai, Senior Fire Assistant (SFA) Yahaya Mohammed Kyauta and Assistant Superintendent of Fire II (ASF II) Hannatu Ibrahim Imam, for their outstanding performance and contributions to the service.
Both officers serve under the Federal Fire Service in Niger State and were commended for their dedication, commitment and contributions to the operational successes of the service during their respective periods of deployment.
The letters described their performance as having contributed significantly to the effectiveness of the service and recognized them as valuable personnel within the Federal Fire Service.
ASF II Hannatu Ibrahim Imam, and SFA Yahaya Mohammed Kyauta are also spouses, making the recognition notable as a joint professional achievement by a husband-and-wife team serving in the fire service.
The Federal Fire Service is responsible for fire prevention, firefighting, rescue operations and related public safety duties across Nigeria. Recognition of officers for outstanding performance forms part of efforts to acknowledge commitment and professionalism within the service.
