Aliyu A. Kure announces support for first two registered CEOs and invites businesses to Niger State 1,000 Vendors Festival
Founder of Lapai Innovation Lab and Lapai TV, Aliyu A. Kure, has offered two vendor stalls valued at a combined ₦50,000 to the first two CEOs who register to participate in the Niger State 1,000 Vendors Festival.
Kure made the announcement while speaking on “CEOs as Catalysts for Change” at the Meet the CEOs event organised by Financial Women Connect in Minna, Niger State.
He said businesses should look beyond profit-making by creating opportunities and contributing to the development of their immediate communities.
According to Kure, businesses can strengthen their visibility and relevance by identifying problems within their communities and developing solutions that create tangible impact.
He announced that the first CEO to register for the festival would receive a premium stall valued at ₦30,000, while the second would receive a regular stall valued at ₦20,000.
Kure also highlighted the role of technology in expanding the reach of community and business initiatives, noting that Lapai TV uses technology and artificial intelligence to broaden audience engagement.
He said the Meet the CEOs programme was being streamed live on Lapai TV's platforms, which he said have about 130,000 followers.
Kure further announced that selected stalls at the forthcoming festival would be named in honour of individuals he identified as having contributed to business and community development.
Among them are Alhaji B.Y., Ambassador Salihu Isah kantigi and Ambassador Umar Mohammed, whom Kure described as individuals who had supported his professional and entrepreneurial journey.
The Niger State 1,000 Vendors Festival, organised by Lapai Innovation Lab, is scheduled to hold on September 26 and 27, 2026, at Murtala Park, Minna, according to Kure.
He used the occasion to invite CEOs, entrepreneurs and other businesses to participate in the second edition of the festival, which is designed to provide a platform for vendors and businesses to showcase their products and services.
Kure's remarks formed part of discussions at the Meet the CEOs event, which focused on the role of business leaders in driving positive change and creating opportunities within their communities.
